This internship focuses on supporting the team in managing partner‑facing content, assisting with localization workflows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our communications platforms. Working under close guidance, the intern will develop a foundational understanding of CMS practices and internal stakeholder coordination while providing valuable support to team operations. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAssist with uploading and formatting partner‑facing content across the Knowledge Center and Partner Web, ensuring formatting consistency following established guidelines. /liliCoordinate content translation and localization requests with relevant market teams and track submission and publication timelines. /liliManage the intake of content requests from general stakeholders via Jira, maintain content mapping sheets, update ETAs, and ensure the timely delivery of routine content updates to prevent bottlenecks. /liliContribute to routine data extractions from the KC plugin and assist the team in compiling usage reports.
