If you are eager to apply your expertise in electromechanical substation design, collaborate with top professionals and make a real impact on the future of energy, we want to hear from you. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the primary (electromechanical) scope to ensure the integrity and correct functional operation of substation systems. /li liProduce technical documentation supporting tender development as well as early conceptual design, detailed design and equipment implementation. /li liPrepare and review technical specifications and validate equipment. /li liEnsure alignment of 3D models/designs, coordinating and resolving interfaces and interferences between civil and electromechanical disciplines. /li liProvide technical recommendations during design, engineering and execution phases to meet project requirements and applicable standards. /li liSupport the project team with claims related to changes in the primary scope, assessing cost, schedule impacts and associated risks while maintaining customer satisfaction through continuous dialogue and high‑quality service.



/li liCollaborate with engineering colleagues to share best practices and further develop leadership, coordination and communication skills, always upholding our core values of safety, integrity and quality. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /li liProven experience in electromechanical design of substations (AIS and/or GIS). /li liSolid knowledge and experience with High Voltage Apparatus. /li liBIM / 3D methodology knowledge is considered a plus. /li liStrong commitment to safety and adherence to workplace safety guidelines, combined with high self‑motivation and curiosity for new technologies. /li liCollaborative and solution‑oriented mindset, with strong communication skills and knowledge of power systems, renewable energy and transmission systems. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Willingness to travel /h3 pup to 10% of the time. /p h3More About Us /h3 pWe offer a holistic range of competitive benefit programs designed to support your financial, physical and mental well‑being, as well as your personal and professional development.
