That’s why we need a Production Technician like you. /p h3Role Mission /h3 pTransform production processes, focusing your activity on improving productivity, quality, safety, and process costs, while always ensuring compliance with current regulations. /p h3What your responsibilities will be /h3 ul liAnalyze and document quality incidents, develop corrective action proposals, and implement those actions. /li liParticipate in the factory's continuous improvement program, attending daily meetings to monitor the relevant processes assigned by the manager. /li liMonitoring process indicators, analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing proposals for action to the manager, and implementing them according to the manager's guidelines. /li liPerforming tasks associated with factory projects, according to established deadlines and costs.
/li liYou will have three reporting lines: to the factory engineering manager, the production area, and your direct manager. /li liKnowledge and application of work standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc.) according to defined procedures. /li liCompliance with and monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Master's degree in Continuous Improvement – Six Sigma (desirable). /li liYou have 3 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects for productive areas. /li liYou are a dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility.
