The role combines advanced data science expertise with production‑grade engineering capabilities, delivering business value through scalable and reliable ML products. /p h3What will the day‑to‑day look like? /h3 ul liDevelop and deploy end‑to‑end ML solutions in production environments. /li liBuild predictive maintenance models for complex physical assets. /li liApply advanced ML techniques including XGBoost, SHAP and explainability methods. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives. /li liContribute to product roadmap definition and solution adoption. /li liMentor and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists. /li liExplore and evaluate innovative approaches such as Causal ML. /li liWork closely with multidisciplinary teams across international locations. /li /ul h3Valuable Background /h3 ul liExtensive experience in applied Machine Learning. /li liStrong Python and ML engineering skills. /li liExperience deploying ML models into production. /li liExpertise in XGBoost, SHAP and model interpretability.
