That’s why we need a Cybersecurity Governance Specialist like you. /p h3What your responsibilities will be /h3 ul liSupport the IT Organization on matters related to IT compliance, security, cybersecurity and privacy. /li liSupport the development and implementation of general standards related to IT compliance and security. /li liMonitoring and modulation of cyberawareness campaigns across Grifols worldwide. /li liPromote a cybersecurity culture across the entire company. /li liMaintain and develop the ISMS (Information Security Management System). /li liManage Information Security Office Dashboard. /li liGenerate documentation and reports for senior management. /li liMonitor KRIs and KPIs for the Information Security Office. /li liOversee managed services. /li liDevelop and update security policies and procedures. /li liSupport Grifols IT certification initiatives.
/li liCollaborate with other cybersecurity areas to enhance the organization's security posture. /li liTrain employees in security practices and cybersecurity awareness. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. /p pTechnical Skills: /p ul liBachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. /li liAdvanced English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written) /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles. /li liDeep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27k, ENS, SOX, Cyber Essentials). /li liCybersecurity certifications (CISA, ISO27k Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) are highly valued. /li /ul pSoft Skills: /p ul liAbility to work as part of a team. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. /li liStrong teamwork and collaboration skills. /li liProblem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pIt is a brilliant opportunity for you, Grifols is fully aware that its employees are one of its major assets.
