ph3Role Summary /h3pThe role is part of the Apex Corporate Solutions team and reports to the Head of Operations Corporate Solutions based in Madrid (Spain). This role acts as an international accountant, supporting our clients with month‑end reporting, intercompany and business support, working capital management, and assisting the Head of Operations Corporate Solutions and other jurisdictions finance teams as required. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTake overall responsibility for the accounting, tax and corporate compliance affairs of a portfolio of client companies, including bookkeeping, preparation and review of management reports and statutory financial statements, oversight and execution of payments, and preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, Corporate Income Tax and other applicable filings). /liliManage audit processes for client companies, liaising with external auditors and advisors to ensure timely completion of audit and compliance requirements. /liliSupport clients on a broad range of corporate, legal and tax matters, working closely with internal and external specialists when required. /liliAct as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate effectively with tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, auditors, governmental authorities and Apex offices worldwide. /liliBuild, maintain and strengthen relationships with an international client base, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service excellence. /liliSupervise, mentor and develop junior and senior accountants, providing technical guidance, training and performance feedback to support their professional growth and ensure the delivery of high‑quality services. /li /ulh3Skills / Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree and eight‑ten years’ experience in an accounting position; exposure to tax‑driven structures is a definite advantage. /liliExcellent work attitude,
