ph3The opportunity /h3pWe are currently recruiting a Head of Investigations - Workplace related matters. This global leadership role will be responsible for leading and developing the Integrity team focused on labor and workplace-related matters globally, ensuring consistent, high-quality, timely and independent investigations across all regions. The role will partner closely with Legal Integrity, HR, business leaders and other stakeholders to strengthen investigation governance, case management, reporting, disciplinary committee support and lessons learned on a global basis. /ph3How You'll Make An Impact /h3ulliLead, manage and develop the global Workplace investigation team responsible for labor/workplace-related investigations, ensuring clear priorities, high-quality delivery, consistent methodology and alignment with OSI global standards; /liliOversee the full investigation lifecycle, including intake assessment, investigation planning, data collection and review, interviews of whistleblowers, witnesses, affected persons and subjects, report writing, case closure and follow-up actions; /liliAct as the Workplace investigation team point of contact for disciplinary committees at country, regional and group levels, ensuring clear presentation of findings, recommendations and lessons learned; /liliDrive global execution and consistency across regions, including appropriate escalation, coordination with Integrity leadership and support for complex or cross-border investigations when required; /liliBuild investigation capability across the Legal Integrity and HR communities through training, coaching, guidance and practical support on investigation standards and good practices; /liliProvide strategic support,
guidance and coach to HR and business stakeholders on sensitive workplace matters, while preserving Workplace Investigations team independence and objectivity; /liliIdentify trends, control gaps and systemic issues arising from investigations and drive lessons learned, process improvements and reporting to support a stronger integrity culture; /liliSupport the continued development and maturity of the Integrity function, including governance, KPIs, case management standards, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulli12+ years’ experience in corporate, workplace, labor/employment or integrity investigations, including experience leading complex and sensitive matters across multiple jurisdictions; /liliPreferred background in law, employment/labor relations, compliance, audit or investigations; /liliProven people leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing investigation professionals in a complex, general and matrixed environment; /liliFluency in written and verbal English; additional languages are a strong asset given the global scope of the role; /liliExcellent executive-level communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly and objectively to senior stakeholders and disciplinary committees; /liliExperience with eDiscovery tooling and investigation technology, such as Zylab, Relativity or similar tools; /liliStrong prioritization, stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple sensitive matters and deliver under tight deadlines; /liliStrong personal integrity, independence, sound judgment, intercultural sensitivity and resilience, without compromising on fairness, objectivity or company values. /li /ulpPublication date : /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
