ppDescripción del trabajo /p pAs part of our organizational development and to support our growth aroundbmajor industrial building projects /bas abGeneral Contractor /b,we are looking for a bStructural Design Project Manager /b to join our bdesign team /b in bMadrid /b. /p pReporting to thebEngineering Department Manager /b, you will be ensuring and maintaining compliance with the technical, regulatory and standard requirements for thebStructural discipline /b. Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage thebcivil structural package design studies /band provide technical support throughout the construction phases.More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul liDesign optimized technical solutions (structural sizing/design, preparation of technical specifications and documentation, etc.); /li liSupervise the production of drawings and models (plans, diagrams, etc.) in collaboration with the Design BIM teams; /li liPrepare tender documentation, review and critically assess contractors' proposals, and provide technical recommendations; /li liTake ownership of the technical decisions related to your discipline; /li liLead technical meetings and support the monitoring of construction works to ensure proper execution on site; /li liParticipate in commissioning activities and carry out pre-handover inspections.



/li /ul pYou hold an Engineering degree with a specialization in bCivil Engineering /b or an equivalent field and have at least five years of experience in the design of building or industrial facility projects. /p pYou are recognized for your ability to bring operational teams together, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic project environment. /p pAs you may occasionally be involved during the construction phase, you are willing to travel on an occasional basis. /p pbFluency in both Spanish and English is required /b, while French would be an asset. /p pCap Ingelec is committed to inclusion, gender equality, and the employment of people with disabilities.
