ppJoin to apply for the bRegistrar /b role at bSchiller International University /b /p h3Your Mission /h3 pThe Registrar is responsible for all academic recordkeeping. This includes compilation, maintenance, and tracking of student academic records for both internal and external uses. The Registrar is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of student records in compliance with all state, Federal, and accreditation regulations and should be able to respond to all inquiries expected in an audit or accreditation process. /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlans, implements, administers, and evaluates all functions and services of the Registrar's office including procedures, processes, and computer systems; develops and modifies procedures/systems in accordance with institutional needs and objectives. /li liEvaluates all functions and services of the Academic Support Staff and Office including procedures and processes (as applicable). /li liEvaluates all the functions and services of the Student Records (as applicable). /li liAdministrates data entry for the SIS- Student Information Systems and LMS-Learning Management Systems (as applicable). /li liAdministrates and develops a system to maintain student academic records. /li liInterprets academic rules and regulations; monitors academic progress of students; and coordinates probations, Dean's list, and all other academic awards alongside Dean of Students, Campus Dean and or Global Registrar. /li liManages graduate and transcript processing and coordinates academic information for graduation clearance. /li liResponds to inquiries concerning academic performance and resolves problems regarding student records. /li liOrganizes and conducts registration process of new and continuing students.



/li liPerforms regular audits to ensure compliance with policies relating to documentation required in academic files to include high school, college transcripts, evaluations, and translations, etc. /li liCoordinates with all departments to maintain consistent processes and standards regarding development, flow, and maintenance of student records. /li liEnsures accuracy and security of official student records, including both electronic and manual records and files. /li liAccurately and promptly processes attendance and grades. /li liProcesses entry of transfer credits in a timely manner. /li liAssists with annual reports to regulatory and accrediting agencies. /li liCarries out/participates in a variety of key planning tasks, such as creation of the master schedule, computerizing student records systems, preparing enrollment projections, and analysis of classroom facility needs. /li liAdheres to providing quality student service. Participates in professional development activities and serves on committees as needed. /li liProvides administrative support to Campus Academic Dean, Dean of Students, Campus Director and Provost. /li liPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree preferred. /li liThree years of overall experience in higher education student information systems management preferred.
