/li liIdentify and reduce technical debt, operational risks, and areas for process improvement. /li liCollaborate closely with product owners, DevSecOps engineers, architects, and platform engineering teams. /li liPromote agile values, shared ownership, DevSecOps maturity, and modern software development lifecycle practices. /li liMentor other developers and contribute to technical alignment across teams. /li liBachelor’s degree in bComputer Science, Information Systems Management /b, or a similar field. /li lib5+ years of professional experience /b as a Software Engineer, SysOps Engineer, API Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role in software development and cloud operations. /li liStrong experience in bmicroservices architecture /b, bAWS/public cloud /b, bREST API design /b, bCI/CD /b, bInfrastructure as Code /b, and bcloud-native development /b. /li liHands‑on experience with one or more programming languages, preferably bJava and Spring Boot /b. /li liExperience with scripting languages and DevOps tooling such as bGitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes, and EKS /b. /li liSolid understanding of bcloud security, resilience, reliability, and operational best practices /b. /li liExperience with bpub/sub and event-driven architecture /b. /li liFamiliarity with the use of bAI in the Software Development Lifecycle /b. /li liAbility to take ownership of complex technical topics from design to operation.
