We are looking for a motivated bSAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect – Controlling (m/f/d) /b to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center in Madrid. /p pIn this role, you will own and shape the Controlling domain of Liebherr’s global S/4HANA template for our Sales and Service companies (“Mixed Sales Companies”), supporting a multi-division environment spanning Aerospace, Construction Machinery, Appliances, and other industrial segments, as well as business models such as remanufacturing and limited manufacturing. /p pYou will drive the design of standardized, scalable, and transparent controlling solutions, promoting SAP best practices and Clean Core principles, while ensuring harmonized management reporting and cost transparency across entities. You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide. /p h3Creating passion: your responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end Controlling solution architecture within the global S/4HANA template for Sales and Service companies, ensuring consistency, scalability and governance. /li liDesign and govern global template solutions across core Controlling areas such as: Cost center and profit center accounting, Internal orders, Product costing and service costing, Margin analysis (CO-PA), Overhead controlling, Project and investment controlling and Management reporting structures. /li liTranslate complex business and statutory requirements from multiple countries and divisions into harmonized, standard SAP solutions minimizing custom development, driving process harmonization and simplification. /li liLead and facilitate global design workshops with Controlling and business stakeholders, including finance controllers and management reporting teams. /li liDesign and govern the integration of S/4HANA Controlling with Finance, Sales and Distribution, Service and after-sales processes, Procurement, and Remanufacturing scenarios where costing is relevant.



/li liAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilization. /li liContribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions. /li liSupport the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence. /li liCollaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth. /li liTravel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments. /li /ul h3Contributing your strengths: your qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. /li li7+ years of SAP Controlling experience, including significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA Controlling. /li liProven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead consultant in international SAP programs or template-based rollouts. /li liStrong understanding of management accounting and controlling processes in Sales and Service-oriented businesses, ideally in industrial or equipment related industries. /li liDeep expertise in S/4HANA Controlling capabilities, including Universal Journal integration with CO, cost and profit center accounting, margin analysis (CO-PA), product and service costing, planning and allocation cycles and management reporting structures. /li liExperience designing integral templates across multiple countries and legal entities. /li liDemonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value. /li liFamiliar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools)
