This role coordinates verification, validation and certification activities across all system levels, manages integration and reliability testing, and ensures traceability between requirements and test outcomes. Acting as the central point of contact for test planning and execution, the Test Leader drives collaboration to deliver robust, reliable solutions. /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliTranslate Marketing/Technical requirements into Test Specification, evaluate feasibility, estimate effort (resources, schedule, budget), and identify/mitigate technical risks. Maintain record of results and alignment with requirements. /liliDefine Test Plan and schedule considering the requirements, applicable standards and certification needs. /liliDefine Reliability testing requirement in coherence with the DfSR Practices and outcomes of the definition workshops. /liliDefine and Prepare detailed test plan for execution, and coordinate implementation by Test Engineers or external laboratories. /liliEnsure proper execution of the test plan, including tracking, adaptation, and escalation of risks or deviations. /liliReviewer of Literature for actions going through the test lab /liliReview and approve test documentation, including reports, data summaries, and evidence packages. /liliPoint of contact with certification bodies under the TDAP program and related compliance activities.



/liliPoint of contact for OTL and other squad members ensuring alignment on planning, status, and cross-functional execution. /li /ulpstrongQualifications /strong /ph3Education: /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. /li /ulh3Experience: /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical laboratory environment. /liliExperience working in an agile product development environment. /li /ulh3Technical Skills: /h3ulliKnowledge of ISO 17025 management system, internal external audit. /liliKnowledge of IEC 60884 IEC 60669 requirements for switches socket outlets. /liliManagement of calibration measurement system validation (Gage RR). /liliManagement of requirement VV process with supporting software suite (e.g.: Reliasoft). /liliBasic statistics (ie: 6 sigma green-belt) is a plus. /li /ulh3Soft Skills: /h3ulliStrong leadership and animation skills. /liliCoaching and training capability. /liliCustomer-oriented and analytical mindset. /liliAbility to manage change and work in multicultural environments. /li /ulh3Languages Mobility: /h3ulliLocation : Schneider Electric Spain, Puente la Reina. /liliProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English. /liliDriving license. /liliAvailability for travel depending on project scope.
