We are seeking a Windows Server specialist who thrives on solving complex infrastructure challenges. You will analyze system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, manage Active Directory and virtualization platforms, and implement solutions that enhance stability, security, and scalability. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with global stakeholders and ensure a secure, high‑quality infrastructure experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInstall, configure, secure, and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016/2022/2025) environments. /li liManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, WSUS, and server‑hardening tasks. /li liHandle regular patching, OS updates, security baselines, and server performance tuning. /li liPerform Backup Recovery, Disaster Recovery readiness, and failover testing. /li liSupport migration of applications, Windows services, and server roles. /li liMaintain server inventory and documentation. /li liAssist in server lifecycle management, commissioning, decommissioning, and modernization. /li liWork with application teams to ensure compatibility, performance, and smooth deployments. /li liCollaborate with cloud, security, and networking teams to ensure seamless hybrid integration. /li liShare best practices with team members to strengthen collective expertise. /li liCreate infrastructure diagrams, workflows, and documentation for clarity and scalability. /li liUse PowerShell, Python, or CLI tools for automation, administration, and monitoring tasks. /li liDevelop scripts for routine maintenance, reporting, and server build automation. /li liConfigure and monitor logs using Event Viewer and log‑analysis utilities. /li liApply security hardening,
