This is a critical role responsible for introducing structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement QA processes and standards. /li liPerform manual testing across multiple websites and applications. /li liOwn regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features. /li liAct as the quality gate before production releases. /li liDefine and begin implementing a test automation strategy. /li liSelect tools and identify areas suitable for automation. /li liCollaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices. /li liMentor junior QA engineers as the team grows.
