You will have a sense of autonomy and job ownership. /p pWe are looking for someone with a high level of service focus and customer-first mentality who wants to grow their career alongside the rest of the business in the region. /p ul liInteract with internal clients to help to resolve all levels of IT-related issues and provide answers promptly /li liEvaluate and test new technologies (hardware/software) /li liBuild and maintain vendor relationships, manage the purchase of hardware and software products and ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly /li liManage and deploy corporate PCs/Macs /li liNew hardware configuration /li liMachine image maintenance /li liDiagnosis and repair /liliCoordinate warranty repairs /li liManage Zoom systems /li liMaintain inventory and IT asset data (serial numbers, software keys, locations, etc.) /li liShipping,
recycling, and disposal of computers, peripherals /li liAssist in the management of hosted IT applications (Okta, Google G Suite, Fleet, Zoom, MS O365 etc.) /li liGeneral IT routine tasks including: /li liIT account management for on-/off-boarding of employees /li liDiagnosing and repairing end-user IT devices /li liIT ticket management /li liResolve escalated technical IT matters /li /ul ul li4+ years of professional experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure engineering, or similar IT roles /li liEligible to live and work in Spain /li liExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English /li liAble to travel cross-region (10% travel time expected) /li liSpanish language skills /li liCertificate(s) of CCNA / CCNP / CMNO /MCSE /li liProfessional experience in supporting MS Windows and/or Mac OS /li liKnowledge of general IT security controls and best practices /li liExperience documenting IT applications and training users /li liPrevious experience managing/mentoring colleagues /li liPrevious working experience in a global organization across multiple regions time zones /li liDegree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline /li /ul pWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
