Let’s talk! /p pAs a Senior Sourceryou'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liEngaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions. /li liSourcing (identifying) candidates by review direct applications, job board databases etc. /li liDeveloping own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.) /li liManaging job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness. /li liEngaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
