Assist in monitoring accommodation costs, deposits,



and preparing basic internal reports. /li liAct as a coordination point between employees, accommodation owners, suppliers, and internal departments (HR, Operations, Finance) and maintain and update accommodation records (room allocations, inventories, employee preferences). /li liProvide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and follow-up with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal accommodation standards and company policies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStudies in Labour Relations, Tourism, Business Management, or related fields. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken). /li liIntermediate to advanced Excel skills. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liProactive mindset with a willingness to learn. /li liFriendly, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPaid internship (€1,000 gross per month). /li liCompetitive remuneration package. /li liPrivate health insurance. /li liFlexible working model. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
