For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect. /p pDiscover more about our culture and approach here: /p h3Job Description Summary /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced People Operations Expert to join our People Operations team to manage, owning the end-to-end employee experience for HR queries, transactions, and processes. This role blends a strong service ethos with hands‑on knowledge of Spanish payroll and employment legislation, ensuring full compliance with labour law and statutory requirements. Whilst being the local expert in Spain, the role will collaborate closely with an international HR team. /p pWe operate a hybrid working policy, with at least 3 days per week in the Madrid office. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Key responsibilities and Authorities /h3 ul liManage Spanish payroll with external provider /li liAct as the first point of contact for employees and manages via the HR ticketing system, owning resolution from intake to close queries within agreed SLAs /li liEnsure compliance with Spanish labour law, tax and social security regulations /li liPrepare, review, and manage employment offers, contracts,



and contract changes /li liOversee time attendance, absences, parental leave, and sickness administration in Workday /li liCoordinate statutory reporting and audits /li liAct as the main contact for payroll, benefits, and HR administration queries /li liSupport employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding) /li liLiaise with tax advisors, payroll vendors, and external authorities when required /li liChampion a continuous improvement mindset – proactively flag friction points in existing processes and propose fixes /li liPartner with the wider People Operations and People Business Partner teams to ensure consistent, joined up support across the employee journey /li /ul h3Technical and cross Competences (Optional) /h3 ul li3-5 years’ experience in payroll and HR administration in Spain /li liSolid working knowledge Spanish labour law and payroll processes and regulations /li liExperience with HRIS / payroll systems (Workday is a plus) – comfortable working with a ticketing/case management tool (desirable) /li liExperience managing HR administration in other European countries is a plus /li liFluent English is mandatory /li liExcellent organisation and attention to detail, proactive, focus on excellence, strong communications skills and able to work autonomously /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 pIrregular travel, once or twice per year to UK or within Europe. /p h3Pay And Benefits /h3 pAt Nadara, we’re committed to creating an environment where our people feel valued,
