Has strong product and pricing knowledge. /li liAnalyze objectives provided by the Store Manager to the sales staff and verify their achievement /li liObserve and apply Company policies and procedures, ensuring that all directives are observed in the store (including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, HR policy, cash management)



/li liEnsure impeccable aesthetics in the store (furniture, technical equipment, lights etc) requesting any needed technical maintenance /li liSwiftly and professionally manage all store incidents /li liEnsure impeccable internal visual and windows display following VM guidelines /li liManage cash operations /li liOrganize and conduct staff induction programs ensuring new hires are quickly and efficiently integrated /li liOrganize and conduct staff training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management. Ensure all tasks are performed in an efficient and effective manner /li liSupport the Store Manager during daily morning briefs enhancing staff animation, motivation and commitment /li liAssist the Store Manager in making the periodical staff performance evaluation /li liSupport the Store Manager on staffing roster, annual leave always ensuring proper coverage of the selling floor and smooth store operations /li liOversee management of warehouse space and ensure availability of the full range of items in the collection (granting quick access to core categories).
