This role focuses on ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and strong team performance in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You will lead daily operations, manage technical teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support scaling operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee daily fleet maintenance operations, ensuring vehicles are serviced, maintained, and ready for use /li liMonitor operational performance, track KPIs, and ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded /li liIdentify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime /li liRecruit, onboard, train, and manage technicians and operational staff across locations /li liProvide leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure high team productivity and engagement /li liAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment /li liOversee scheduling and resource allocation to support 24/7 operations where required /li liEnsure compliance with local labor laws, health safety standards, and relevant automotive regulations /li liManage operational budgets, control costs, and support financial planning activities /li liSupport expansion into new locations by establishing processes, teams, and operational readiness /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in fleet operations,
