Backed by CVC DIF, iPark is executing an aggressive growth mandate across corporate acquisitions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), greenfield concessions, and debt restructurings. /ppWe are recruiting an Investment Transaction Associate to step up from core financial modeling into end-to-end deal leadership and PPP project management. /ppThis role sits within iPark's Business Development Department and offers full integration into the executive deal team, with direct exposure to the Company's management and the institutional private equity governance. /ph3The Position /h3pThis role is specifically tailored for a quantitative professional — such as a Financial Analyst at an Infrastructure Developer / Concessionaire or an MA / Corporate Finance Associate — seeking to transition into a Deal Captain / PPP Project Manager. /pulliThe Associate will take full ownership of valuation, concession modeling, debt sizing, and risk underwriting. /liliThe Associate will support all workstreams of each transaction and, over time, grow into a Deal Captain role — leading MA deals and public tender bids, managing advisers, and coordinating transactions from origination to financial close. /liliTransactions range from small, single-asset bolt-on acquisitions to complex corporate acquisitions and PPP tenders valued in the hundreds of millions. /liliReports to the Business Development Director and is embedded in an extremely flat structure, working directly alongside the CEO, CFO and COO. /liliPrepares and presents investment committee materials directly to senior management and institutional sponsors. /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild, audit, and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance, and PPP concession models).



/liliPerform scenario, debt capacity, and sensitivity analyses to underwrite risk-adjusted returns. /li /ulh3Transaction Management /h3ulliSupport the management of live MA processes and public tenders as project lead. /liliCoordinate legal, financial, tax, and technical advisers throughout due diligence. /liliSupport NBO/BO drafting and commercial contract reviews (SPAs, concession agreements, debt facilities). /li /ulh3PPP Concessions /h3ulliAnalyze municipal tender specifications and regulatory frameworks to structure competitive bid strategies. /liliQuantify contractual and operational risk factors in long-term concession structures. /li /ulh3Structured Finance Automation /h3ulliPrepare financing packages and lender presentations for banking syndicates. /liliLeverage modern tools (Python, Power Query, AI solutions) to automate deal screening and financial analysis. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3h3Experience Education /h3ulli2 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst at an Infrastructure Developer / Concessionaire, Investment Bank (MA / Infra / Project Finance), Private Equity firm, or Corporate MA team. /liliTrack record of hands-on experience constructing complex project finance, PPP concession, or MA models in Excel. /liliDegree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with an outstanding academic record. /liliCommercial mindset with the ability to translate model outputs into strategic deal insights. /liliExcellent communication skills; confidence presenting to C-level executives and Investment Committees. /liliLanguages: business fluency in English and Spanish is required.
