You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance.br/br/✅ Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media. Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.br/br/Fluency in both German and English. Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation). Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 20:00 - Rotative Saturdays (2 per month) Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office. Training: Full-Time Training for 7 days. Office Based, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
