Implement recovery, improvement and development plans to secure delivery of products and services in conformity with contract. /li liCoordinate interfaces of all stakeholders involved in supplier operations management and secure coordination with the corresponding Multi‑Functional or Divisional Team (MFT/MDT). /li liAct as focal point toward suppliers for operational activities and contract management, and as ambassador of the supplier toward internal functions. /li liAssess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision. /li liManage supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance. /li liManage supplier quality approval/authentication, ensuring compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders. /li liMonitor or support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase. /li liProvide consolidated forecast to suppliers and ensure they have required capacity. /li liAssess supplier capacity, capability and performance and contribute to supplier development. /li liIdentify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions; work out short‑term recovery plans. /li liInitiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, setting long‑term development targets with suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team. /li liContribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED). /li liPresent supplier operational performance (KPIs, assessments) during MFT/MDT meetings.
