As a Legal Advisor for Sales in France, you support day-to-day commercial dealings and contract governance within a multinational technology environment. You interpret contractual provisions, assess risk, and craft solutions that align with corporate strategy to enable growth. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements while integrating AI tools to speed research and analysis. Your role also ensures governance across regions and acts as a bridge between legal and sales teams to keep processes scalable and responsive. Responsabilidades
• Admitted to practice law, preferably in France (Bar admission)
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate law
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in French and English
• Fluency in French and English; additional European languages a plus
