Key Responsibilities
Creator Acquisition

-

- Recruit YouTube, Kick, Twitch and Facebook Gaming creators.

- Recruit sports, fishing, hunting, travel and lifestyle creators.

- Expand the influencer network.

Commercial Management

-

- Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements.

- Renew and optimise creator agreements.

Campaign Management

-

- Coordinate creator campaigns.

- Manage assets and campaign launches.





- Ensure timely campaign execution.

Analytics

-

- Measure FTDs, CPA, LTV and ROI.

- Recommend scaling or termination.

Content Rights

-

- Secure clipping and redistribution rights.

- Build a reusable creator content library.

- Work closely with Community Managers.

Key KPIs

-

- Active Creators

- Effective CPA

- Revenue Generated

- Creator Retention

- Experience managing influencers within iGaming, Sports, Crypto or Gaming.
