If you want to know more about us go to GMV website. /p h3WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? /h3 pAs part of the VV+OPS team, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of every element that makes up a satellite control centre. You will contribute both to system integration, verification and validation activities and to the operational support of the control centre. /p pYour main responsibilities will include: /p ul liInstalling and deploying the complete control centre software. /li liPreparing test environments, including continuous integration activities. /li liAutomating test execution and developing tools for testing and configuration management. /li liPlanning, preparing, executing and reporting verification and validation campaigns. /li liDefining, preparing and executing operational procedures. /li liAnalysing operational data received from the system. /li liCoordinating with other mission teams, such as experimentation teams. /li liProviding on-call / call-in operational support when required. /li liOccasional travel to Germany and Italy for software installation and test campaign execution.



/li /ul h3WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? /h3 pWe are looking for professionals with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines, interested in space systems, satellite operations and verification and validation activities. /p pWe are looking for candidates with knowledge or experience in: /p ul liComplex and distributed systems running on Linux environments. /li liTest campaigns, including planning, preparation, execution and reporting. /li liSystem operations. /li /ul pKnowledge or experience in the following areas will also be valued: /p ul liSpace sector and satellite control centres. /li liVirtualization and container technologies such as vSphere, Docker or Kubernetes. /li liRequirements and test management tools such as DOORS, qTest, TestLink or TestRail. /li liIssue tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla or Redmine. /li liSource code management systems such as Git or SVN. /li liScripting and automation using Python or Ansible. /li /ul h3WHAT DO WE OFFER? /h3 ul liHybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area. /li liFlexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer. /li liPersonalized career plan development, training and language learning support. /li liNational and international mobility.
