Spare Parts Pricing Strategy Management /h3 ul liDevelop and implement competitive spare parts pricing strategies for the local market, balancing profitability and market competitiveness. /li liConduct regular market analysis and benchmarking against competitors to adjust pricing dynamically. /li liMonitor gross margin performance of spare parts business and take corrective actions to achieve financial targets. /li liCoordinate with headquarters pricing team to align local pricing with integral policies and obtain necessary approvals. /li liManage special pricing requests, promotions and discount programs for dealers and key customers. /li /ul h32. Spare Parts Sales Channel Management /h3 ul liFormulate annual, quarterly and monthly spare parts sales targets and decompose them to individual dealers. /li liServe as the primary point of contact between the subsidiary and headquarters parts department, as well as all authorized dealers. /li liTrack and analyze dealers' parts procurement and sales performance on a regular basis, provide guidance and support to ensure target achievement. /li liProcess and resolve dealers' order-related issues including backorders, shortages, returns and claims in a timely manner. /li liOptimize inventory turnover rate by analyzing sales data and adjusting stocking strategies accordingly. /li liConduct regular business reviews with dealers to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvement. /li /ul h33. Warehouse Operations 3PL Management /h3 ul liManage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL)



warehouse providers to ensure compliance with operational standards. /li liEstablish and standardize end-to-end warehouse processes including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory counting. /li liMonitor daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and safety. /li liConduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy above 99%. /li liDevelop and implement measures to reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory. /li liEnsure compliance with all local safety, environmental and customs regulations in warehouse operations. /li /ul h34. Logistics Transportation Management /h3 ul liEvaluate, select and manage local logistics carriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation services. /li liEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations including on-time delivery rate, cargo damage rate and service response time. /li liConduct regular performance reviews of logistics providers and implement improvement plans as needed. /li liManage reverse logistics processes including parts returns, exchanges and warranty claims. /li liDevelop contingency plans for emergency logistics situations to minimize business disruption. /li /ul h3What you will bring: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience in spare parts management, preferably in the automotive industry. /li liProven experience in 3PL vendor management and warehouse operations. /li liStrong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). /li liExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) is required. /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and local language (Spanish). /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
