Break down complex business problems into structured, actionable analysis plans. /liliStrategic UA Partnership: Partner with Marketing and User Acquisition (UA) squads to monitor campaign performance, decompose trend changes, and provide insights to optimize multi-million dollar budget allocations. /liliPerformance Measurement Frameworks: Analyze user acquisition funnels, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods. Collaborate with central data teams to refine marketing measurement frameworks (attribution models, incrementality testing). /liliData Presentation Storytelling: Visualize and communicate analytical findings to senior stakeholders and cross-functional peers, translating data into actionable recommendations. /liliTeam Efficiency Tech Evangelism: Lead initiatives to improve team productivity and marketing analytics best practices. Support internal learning to level up commercial domain knowledge and adoption of new tools and methodologies. /liliData Quality Assurance: Maintain high data integrity with data engineering to ensure tracking, attribution metrics, and performance reporting are precise and reliable. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven Track Record: 3+ years in a Marketing Analyst, Performance Marketing Analytics, or Growth Analytics role driving measurable business growth, ideally in mobile gaming, F2P, or mobile B2C sectors. /liliData Storytelling Impactful Communication: Ability to translate complex metrics into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership. /liliAdvanced Marketing Metrics Ecosystem: Deep understanding of mobile performance marketing,
