The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world. /p pAs part of our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking for an outstanding bGlobal EHS Quality Manager /bto lead the evolution of our Environmental, Health Safety and Quality function. /p pReporting to the Corporate Operations Director and forming part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, this role will define our global EHS Quality strategy, harmonize standards across our operations in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and drive a cultural transformation where safety, quality and continuous improvement become fundamental to the way we operate. /p pThis is not a role focused on maintaining management systems. It is an opportunity to build a world-class EHS Quality organization and make a lasting impact on our business. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pYou will transform EHS Quality into a strategic business partner that enables sustainable growth, protects our people, customers and the environment, and supports operational excellence across all our general operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Leadership Transformation /h3 ul liDefine and deploy the global EHS Quality strategy aligned with business objectives. /li liLead the cultural transformation of EHS Quality across all operations. /li liHarmonize standards, management systems and best practices across all sites. /li liAct as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing operational excellence, risk management and sustainability. /li liChampion Lean thinking, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
/li /ul h3EHS /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with international EHS regulations and corporate standards. /li liLead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. /li liEnsure compliance with Seveso, ATEX, APQ and hazardous chemicals regulations. /li liDrive process safety, risk management, emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives. /li /ul h3Quality /h3 ul liLead the global Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. /li liEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP and applicable regulatory and customer requirements. /li liDrive customer satisfaction through robust quality systems, audits, structured problem solving and continuous improvement. /li liPartner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to improve processes and product quality. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liEngineering, Chemistry or related University Degree. /li liMaster's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (three specialities). /li liMinimum 10 years' experience in senior EHS Quality leadership roles within international industrial companies. /li liStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, ATEX, APQ and hazardous chemicals management. /li liExperience in Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP. /li liProven experience leading organizational transformation and cultural change. /li liStrong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent English and Spanish. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThis is a rare opportunity to shape the future of EHS Quality within a growing international company where operational excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement are strategic priorities. /p pbIf you are passionate about leading transformation, developing people and creating a world-class EHS Quality culture, we would love to hear from you. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
