The role is full‑time onsite and combines design leadership, conversion‑rate optimisation, and web content QA management. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead design and optimization of all web touchpoints following Tropicfeel Guidelines, creating user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity interfaces. /liliAnalyse quantitative and qualitative data, conduct weekly performance reviews (CTR, time on page, bounce rate), and drive long‑term design innovation and scalability. /liliOwn continuous optimisation strategy for key pages (Homepage, Collection, Landing, PDP), monitor conversion metrics, plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests, and report outcomes to cross‑functional teams. /liliCollaborate with E‑commerce, Performance, and Brand teams to implement conversion‑focused designs and improve structural layouts. /liliCreate and update product pages, ensuring accurate content, performance, device responsiveness, and brand‑compliance. Translate commercial campaign directions into digital assets.
