We are committed to building a diverse organisation where everyone feels empowered to be their best at work. /ph3Mission /h3pJoin the automation team to develop, commission, and support software for industrial machinery, especially converting equipment (e.g., winders unwinders, seamers, inspection systems, etc.). /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPLC programming and automation of industrial machinery. /liliDevelopment and maintenance of projects using: /liliSiemens (TIA Portal / S7-1500 or similar) /liliBeckhoff (TwinCAT) /liliHMI development and maintenance: /liliWinCC (Siemens environment) /liliTwinCAT HMI (Beckhoff environment) /liliDesign of screens, alarms, diagnostics, and usability focused on production and maintenance. /liliParticipation in FAT/SAT and commissioning: /liliSoftware upload/download to the machine. /liliFunctional testing, tuning, and on-site validation. /liliTroubleshooting and incident resolution during commissioning. /liliIndustrial communications and connectivity: /liliOPC UA /liliSecure remote access (Secomea or similar) /liliOther industrial buses/protocols depending on the project.



/liliService support: failure analysis, technical assistance, and software improvements. /liliClose coordination with mechanical, electrical, and project teams to ensure a stable, safe, and maintainable solution. /li /ulh3Requirements / Knowledge /h3ulliProven experience in industrial machinery programming. /liliExperience in converting machinery (especially winders/unwinders) is a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of Siemens and Beckhoff platforms (PLC and related environments). /liliExperience or knowledge in HMI development: WinCC and/or TwinCAT HMI. /liliMotion/drives experience is a plus (axes, synchronization, servos, encoders, basic tuning). /liliGood level of English (spoken and written) required for technical documentation and communication with suppliers and customers. /liliKnowledge of machinery compliance (CE, UL, CSA), functional safety (EN ISO 13849 / IEC 62061,STO), and OT cybersecurity best practices for OPC UA / remote access (Secomea) is a plus. /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliProactive profile, focused on problem solving and on-site diagnostics. /liliUsed to teamwork and coordination with multidisciplinary technical teams. /liliDynamic and well organized, with good discipline in documentation and code standards. /li /ulh3Mobility /h3pOccasional travel to customer sites/plants ( /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
