Job OverviewYou will lead complex, international railway signalling projects from early negotiation to successful handover, driving financial success and delivering cutting‑edge ERTMS and CTC systems.Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end execution of international projects, ensuring financial targets, quality standards and timelines.- Drive contract negotiations, claim management and procurement strategies to optimise profitability.- Build trust‑based relationships with global customers, partners and internal stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively while capturing new business opportunities.- Empower and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions.Qualifications- 2+ years managing projects within the railway signalling industry.- Technical understanding of Interlocking (IL), ERTMS,
