ppAt CORUS we are looking for a bJunior Process Consultant /b to join our BPM Team. /p pAs a Junior Process Consultant, you will participate in business process analysis, design, and improvement initiatives across different industries, working alongside experienced consultants. /p h3Location: /h3 pBarcelona or Madrid (1 day per week at the office) /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupporting the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes. /li liAssisting in process design and modelling activities. /li liParticipating in process transformation and continuous improvement projects. /li liCollaborating with business, IT, and data teams to identify opportunities for optimization. /li liPreparing analysis, reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. /li liContributing to initiatives focused on customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /li lib1 to 3 years of professional experience /b, preferably in bconsulting /b, business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or a related area. /li liBasic knowledge of process management and process improvement methodologies. /li liFamiliarity with bBPMN /b or process modelling concepts. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
