Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist with a Civil Engineering background to support medium and large enterprise customers worldwide. The role is part of the Technical Adoption and Success group, focused on maximizing customer success and return on investment through adoption of Autodesk solutions.

Responsibilities

- Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions.
- Act as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve business outcomes.
- Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.




- Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption.
- Develop and update digital content adhering to CTS standards, addressing specific customer challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

- Fluency in English + advanced level of French.
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD in a production environment.
- 5–6 years of Civil Engineering or related field experience.
- Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Public speaking and presentation skills. xqbhyrx
- Additional knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3D, and GIS is beneficial.
