Please note this will be an in‑office role at our offices in Valencia, Spain. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact to manage multiple client relationships /li liAssist with the preparation and/or review of net asset value calculations on a timely basis, which includes:



ul liRecording capital activity such as subscriptions redemptions and/or capital calls distributions /li liRecording cash activity and performing cash reconciliations /li liRecording and reconciling investment trading activity /li liPreparing security position reconciliations /li liPricing portfolios (including derivatives, stocks, and bonds) in accordance with funds’ offering documents /li liEnsuring fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are accrued for and are in accordance with relevant accounting standards /li liPreparing Investor Statements and contract notes /li liPreparing distribution waterfall calculation /li /ul /li liPrepare financial statements /li liCoordinate year‑end audit and tax reporting requests with client and auditors /li liRespond to ad‑hoc reporting requests as required by clients /li liManage own time and workload effectively ensuring both internal and external deadlines are met /li liManage client inboxes by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner /li liPrioritize client and internal requests and determine which require escalating to Manager /li liIndependently problem‑solve to provide suggestions/solutions to Manager /li /ul h3Desired Skills and Experience /h3 ul liPrior fund accounting experience/FS audit experience of at least 1-2 years is required /li liKnowledge of closed ended funds desired but not required /li liAccounting designation desired,
