In this role you will be the Level 3 expert responsible for the Bank’s Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring operational readiness and high availability. You will diagnose complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvement opportunities within an agile context. You will collaborate with users, IT Service Owners, and stakeholders to deliver reliable service in a mission-critical environment. This role offers hands-on work with databases, Java, and Linux/Unix, and requires on-call availability and occasional weekend support. You will help shape steady deployments and operational processes in a hybrid Madrid setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain and optimize the CLM system to ensure availability and performance
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents; perform root-cause analyses
• Work with database systems (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for analysis and troubleshooting




• Use basic Java for application-level debugging and configuration review
• Perform Linux/Unix administration tasks (logs, scripting, maintenance)
• Manage Release and Product Lifecycle processes for controlled deployments
• Support system configuration and parameterization; coordinate operational activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and reliability
• Participate in agile ceremonies and process improvements
• Provide on-call support and occasional xqbhyrx weekend availability
