In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that the conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. Position addressed to more experienced resources with some proven experience in AI services. /p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liVerify data to improve the performance of the AI model. /li liReview the output of the model to maintain a quality standard. /li liInclude feedback to improve the performance. /li liPerform quality checks and supervise junior stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li1-2 years’ experience as Data Annotator in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing. /li liExcellent writing and spelling skills of a target language. /li liProficiency in English for communication with internal managers and/or comprehension of the guidelines.



/li liGood oral and written English communication as well as in target language. /li liFlexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently. /li liHighly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. /li liAbility to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows. /li liEasiness to understand and manage writing customer-facing content and content management tools. /li liProblem-solving mindset. /li liExtensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and Power Point. /li liGeneral knowledge of online communication. /li liAbility to follow directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently and monitor other junior stakeholders’ quality. /li liAbility to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in anized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment. /li /ul h3Additional requirements /h3 ul liUnderstanding of Chat bots /li liKnowledge of retail/ shopping domain /li li1-2 years’ experience as a Data Annotator in the target language, in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing. /li /ul pPaid training will be provided.
