This individual will serve a key function providing the review of technical reports, specifications, plans, designing foundations, retaining walls, and other geotechnical aspects of construction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross‑functionally on premier land development projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparing and checking engineering designs, technical documents, and calculations, and supervising the production of design documents for issue to the Client /li liOrganising and coordinating projects from site investigation and design feasibility to detailed design, including site supervision where required /li liDeveloping project controls and monitoring progress against programmes /li liEnsuring that designs, assessments and checking of designs are in accordance with current design standards, codes of practice, and best practice /li liUndertaking a wide range of geotechnical design work, fully compliant with Eurocodes /li liAssisting in the preparation of expressions of interest and tenders, including cost estimates /li liCoordinating the work undertaken by external sub-contractors and design checkers /li liProject administration reporting to line management, including monitoring programme delivery, resources, and budgets /li liDevelopment and technical assurance of design, including client’s presentations and reports /li liMaximising business development opportunities where possible /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology required,
