In this role you will be the technical anchor for SGS’s global cloud networking, delivering secure, high-performance Azure connectivity. You’ll bridge architectural design with hands-on operations within a distributed IT Production team that supports worldwide network services. As a Level 3 escalation expert, you drive continuous improvement in cloud networking, security, governance, and hybrid connectivity. This is a chance to shape enterprise-scale cloud networking for a global leader committed to quality and trust.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Operate and continually improve SGS’s global cloud network services for reliability and performance
• Serve as the focal point for Cloud Network Engineering and collaborate across IT and regional teams
• Assist the Network Lead in implementing the global cloud network strategy and onboarding initiatives
• Design, deploy, optimize, and operate Azure networking services (VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway/WAF, Private Endpoints, Virtual WAN)
• Evaluate and adopt modern cloud-native networking technologies to improve architecture




• Provide Level 3 support for cloud and hybrid network incidents and drive resolution with service providers to meet SLAs
• Work with security, engineering, and integration teams to strengthen global connectivity
• Support Change, Problem, and Incident Management and participate in governance discussions
• Build strong relationships across operations and non-operations teams and uphold the Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

Responsabilidades
• Tertiary or higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Azure certification (AZ-700, AZ-104, or AZ-305)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Azure Cloud Networking xqbhyrx in large-scale environments
• Strong proficiency in cloud and hybrid networking (Azure hub/spoke, Virtual WAN, routing, BGP, DNS, security, Zero Trust)
• Experience integrating Azure with on-premises environments
• Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform or Bicep)
• Experience in engineering or NOC/SOC operational environments
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working with international teams
