For more information, visit WPP.com. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the full recruitment life cycle, including:ulliAssisting hiring managers in defining role requirements and core competencies /liliMarketing and sourcing open roles using multiple channels /liliCV screening and first candidate assessments /liliCoordinating and facilitating interview processes /liliSupporting testing, evaluation and feedback /liliAssisting with rate discussions, offer preparation and onboarding processes /li /ul /liliWork closely with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs. /liliDevelop a solid understanding of the company’s talent pool across departments and accounts.



/liliActively source candidates using different platforms, networks and databases. /liliEnsure all candidate information is accurately stored and regularly updated in the ATS and talent databases, maintaining high data quality across markets. /liliProduce and support reporting on key recruitment KPIs. /liliSupport the recruitment team in defining recruiting strategies and performance standards. /liliConstantly looks for new recruitment sources – further develops relationships with key universities, raises profile of WPP Production via networking and presentations /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor relations, Business Administration or a related field. /liliInitial experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR /liliStrong interest in recruitment and people‑focused environments. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. /liliGood communication skills and a candidate‑focused mindset. /liliComfortable working with digital tools, ATS and basic reporting (Excel). /liliHigh level of English (international environment). /liliExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS tools is a plus. /li /ulh3Why work here /h3pAt WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
