ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and manage end-to-end event communications for trade shows, industry conferences, and sponsorships across European and general markets. /li liNegotiate and manage sponsorship contracts, booth agreements, and vendor relationships for events such as Lab of the Future, Future Labs Live, and BPI Europe. /li liCoordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and event participants. /li liAlign event communications with the Account‑Based Experience (ABX) strategy and account target lists. /li liManage booth logistics including graphic design briefs, digital display upgrades, and physical booth assets. /li liAct as primary liaison with external event organizers, venues, and third‑party suppliers. /li liSupport account‑based marketing activities by providing event intelligence, attendee data, and engagement tracking. /li liEnsure brand consistency and compliance across all event materials, digital assets, and external communications.



/li liTrack event performance metrics and deliver post‑event reports covering attendance, sponsorship ROI, and stakeholder engagement. /li liGuide and support travel planning and logistics for SciY representatives attending industry events. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional training or project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage. /li liStrong technical skills: expert in MS Office; familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite); experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. /li liAdvanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, ClickUp, Asana) and digital collaboration platforms. /li liHighly organized and proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills. /li liSolution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
