The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge overseeing power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and electrical safety compliance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage the end‑to‑end electrical scope of data center projects including HV/LV power distribution, UPS, switchgear, generators, and associated systems. /li liCollaborate with internal teams (design, construction, operations) and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, vendors) to ensure project alignment. /li liOversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools. /li liEnsure adherence to electrical engineering best practices, local codes, safety standards, and client‑specific guidelines. /li liManage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and productivity on site. /li liTrack project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders. /li liConduct regular site visits, project status meetings,



and coordinate testing and commissioning activities. /li liEnsure documentation is complete and accurate, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project reports. /li liProvide technical expertise in resolving electrical‑related issues and propose improvements. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /li li5–8 years of electrical project management experience, ideally within data center or mission‑critical projects. /li liExpert knowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear. /li liFamiliarity with local codes and international standards. /li liProficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). /li liKnowledge of energy efficiency measures and sustainable design practices. /li liEffective communication, coordination, and leadership skills. /li liAbility to work on‑site and travel as needed. /li liPrevious experience working in fast growing, international environments. /li liFluent in English and Spanish. /li /ul pDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
