Manages legal issues with limited supervision. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libResponsible for providing contractual support for France and EMEA. /b /li liUses bsophisticated negotiation skills /b and influence bto direct and control contract negotiations /b as required to meet established milestones and objectives. /li liMaintains beffective knowledge /b of company products and service offerings. /li libMaintains client focus that balances the needs /b of the business for profitability with ensuring the contractual terms and conditions bprotect the company and minimize risk /b. /li libSupports TD SYNNEX's Legal department systems and tools /b and actively encourages their use throughout the organization. /li libUnderstands the roles and responsibilities /b of all relevant company employees to draw upon the expertise of others to achieve business objectives. /li liProvides regular input into the bdevelopment and maintenance of standard contract templates and pre-approved alternative language /b. /li libPlay an active role as a member of the general legal services team /b providing input in the development of policies, participation in project work, and implementing initiatives and directives within the organization. /li libAdvises on legal aspects of TD SYNNEX's transactional business /b using sound legal and business judgment and experience. /li libCollaborates or cooperates /b with local management team, global legal services team, outside legal counsel in various matters. /li liParticipates, occasionally, in cross-regional/global negotiations. /li /ul h3Knowledge,



Skills and Experience /h3 ul libMinimum of 3 - 5 years /b in the practice of commercial/corporate/contract law, in French and English, required with an emphasis on commercial buy/sell transactions. Preference for in-house experience handling complex contractual review and negotiation matters. /li libQualified law degree from certified educational institution (preferably in France) /b or related degree required. bKnowledge of the French mandatory law requirements applying to commercial buy/sell transactions is of essence. /b /li liExcellent communication skills. bLanguage requirement: Advanced level of French and English. /b /li libAble to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment /b and to work constructively under stress and pressure. /li liAble to bbuild solid, effective working relationships /b with others and to coach others in the development of their skills. /li libAble to negotiate persuasively and effectively /b, bto conduct in-depth research into applicable laws and judicial decisions /b and make appropriate recommendations of actions to take. /li libStrong analytical and problem solving skills. /b /li liAble to bcommunicate legal research information /b clearly and concisely to others. /li liAble to bwrite clear and logical legal briefs, reports and other documents /b and to bmake sound legal decisions. /b /li liAble to binteract positively and effectively with others at various levels within the organization and outside parties. /b /li libAble to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans /b to address. /li libAble to prioritize work-load based upon business needs and goals.
