In this role you support tax compliance and audits for a integral law firm, handling monthly and annual tax returns, reconciliations, and cashflow planning. You work with auditors, manage sub-ledger vs general ledger integrity, and assist Working Capital and AP functions. You’ll contribute to improvement projects and respond to finance queries, operating in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This is an opportunity to shape efficient controls and tax processes at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Submit monthly and annual tax returns to local authorities with reconciliations (WHT, VAT, Corporation Tax)
• Liaise with auditors for audit queries and information
• Reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger transactions
• Complete monthly control reconciliations timely and investigate/d resolve differences




• Create and upload weekly cashflows and coordinate with Financial Control team
• Support Working Capital and Accounts Payable functions
• Contribute to existing projects and identify areas for future improvement
• Assist with ad hoc finance queries as needed

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent
• Written and verbal English language skills essential
• Experience with Local TAX, compliance and audits xqbhyrx
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment (desirable)
• Flexible and enthusiastic with ability to manage own workload, priorities and deadlines
• High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with 3E, Elite Enterprise, or a similar practice management system (preferred)
