Promote and propose improvements in line with the guidelines established by the Safety and Continuous Improvement departments. /liliProvide support to the various customer departments whenever requested. /liliComplete daily documentation. /liliApprove process parameters, tests, and measurements. /liliProvide support in quality, logistics, and production. /liliCommunicate requirements and hold meetings with Management. /liliHold regular meetings with the Projects and Logistics teams. /liliPropose and promote improvements while maintaining a high level of continuous improvement. /liliManage all Safety, Quality, Production, and Human Resources documentation. /liliMaintain contact with the Customer’s various departments. /liliBe responsible for the implementation and application of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout). /liliSupervise the work of Line Leaders and replace them in their role when absent. /liliMaintenance: Perform preventive maintenance activities, review PY, TPM, and breakdowns. Record working times accurately and promptly in SAP. /liliMonitor downtime and micro-stoppages, as well as action plans. Record preventive and corrective maintenance times in SAP and monitor KPIs, OEE, and OLE. /liliImplement actions resulting from Top Safety observations and Near Miss reports.
