You don’t need to be an expert, but being comfortable with joins and aggregations will help you be effective from the start.* **Experience with Power BI or similar tools** You’ll maintain and improve dashboards, so familiarity with reporting tools will allow you to deliver value quickly.* **Structured thinking and attention to detail** You’ll work with KPIs, definitions and data validation, where consistency and accuracy are key.* **Interest in processes and continuous improvement** Understanding how operations work will help you identify inefficiencies and contribute to better solutions.* **Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders** You’ll interact with Operations and IT, so being able to explain data and insights in a simple way is essential.## **Your mission**Your mission is to support NN Spain Operations in improving performance and decision‐making by structuring data, defining clear KPIs and translating business needs into actionable insights and reliable reporting.## **Key responsibilities*** **Define and maintain** standardised operational KPIs and a clear metrics framework to ensure consistent measurement across Operations.* **Analyze and report** performance data using SQL and Power BI to identify bottlenecks,
