In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You should be able to work independently on day-to-day tasks, coordinate effectively with the project team, and provide accurate reports and updates regularly.



You will be a member of a growing Project Management Office and will collaborate closely with the entire design and construction team, including architects, interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, the FFE procurement team, and client representatives. This role will focus primarily on construction execution, contractor management, and schedule delivery, with engagement in cost control, risk management, and project planning throughout the lifecycle. /p pThis position is based on-site in Barcelona or nearby, or the candidate should be ready to move. Utopia does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation packages for this position. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely project completion. /li liCoordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. /li liSupport procurement efforts by obtaining quotes and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. /li liTrack project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions. /li liMonitor construction budgets, ensuring cost control and financial reporting accuracy. /li liAssist in preparing and reviewing contracts, work orders,
