/p h3Responsibilities /h3 bYour role as a Program Coordinator will involve: /b pStudent Support Experience: /p ul liServe as a primary point of contact for students, addressing academic and administrative queries. /li liGuide students through program‑related processes (enrollment, attendance, grades, academic policies, etc.). /li liProvide clear, accurate, and timely information to ensure students understand procedures and requirements. /li liProactively identify and address student needs, escalating complex cases when required. /li /ul pProgram Delivery Operations: /p ul liSupport the day‑to‑day execution of assigned academic programs, ensuring activities run smoothly and according to plan. /li liAssist with the coordination of academic calendars, course schedules, and program milestones. /li liContribute to the organization and delivery of key program activities, including onboarding, orientations, and events. /li liEnsure operational consistency and adherence to internal processes and timelines. /li /ul pStakeholder Coordination: /p ul liLiaise with faculty to facilitate communication related to course delivery, student matters, and academic requirements. /li liCollaborate with internal departments (Admissions, Registrar, Planning, Student Services, etc.). /li liSupport the alignment of all stakeholders involved in the student journey. /li /ul pAdministrative Process Management: /p ul liManage program‑related documentation, systems, and tools (e.g., attendance tracking, student records, communication platforms). /li liSupport the preparation and dissemination of communications to students and faculty.



/li liEnsure compliance with academic policies, procedures, and deadlines. /li liMaintain accurate records and support reporting activities as needed. /li /ul pTeam Support Continuous Improvement: /p ul liWork closely with Junior Managers, Associate Directors, and other team members to ensure effective program delivery. /li liIdentify operational challenges and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience. /li liContribute to special projects and initiatives related to program development and innovation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 bTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /b ul liBachelor’s Degree is required. /li liProfessional experience in higher education, customer service, or administrative roles is highly valued. /li liBilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral). /li liA minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required. /li liHaving experience working in an international environment is a plus. /li liStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liProactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /li liHigh level of customer orientation and commitment to student experience. /li liCandidates must possess a valid EU work permit. /li /ul pUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
