The Client Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding activities end-to-end, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality onboarding across Apex’s fund and related service lines. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting the client onboarding process by coordinating the key steps to ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Business-As-Usual (BAU); /li liAct as a first point of contact for client queries relating to onboarding matters; /li liCoordinating client adoptions, account openings,
review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system set ups, and project planning; /li liAssisting in project coordination, working with internal teams including Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams; /li liAs part of the onboarding process, the candidate will be expected to provide regular status updates to new clients and internal parties. Weekly project calls should be held with stakeholders and project plans should be maintained to track progress; /li liSupporting the drafting and review of client service agreements; /li liInteracting with the Legal Department on template management and control; /li liAssisting in the internal review process across different product and service lines within the fund administration, depository and other product lines; /li liProvide day to day client onboarding advice across all Apex Group business lines to best meet their business needs and maintaining good working relationships through active communication, facilitation and teamwork; /li liAssisting with the development and execution of ad hoc projects; /li liSupport the wider onboarding team where required. Will report to the Regional Head of Client Onboarding. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liA degree, preferably in Law, Business, Finance or a related field; /li liA minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the investment funds industry; /li liUnderstanding of the funds industry, experience of different fund structures, domiciles and regulatory requirements is an advantage; /li liSome familiarity with fund structuring issues,
