The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, service continuity, and SLA compliance across a multi‑cloud ecosystem including bAWS, Azure, and OpenShift /b, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in an international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liGovern and oversee L2 operational activities to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance. /li liInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed service levels. /li liPerform platform analysis and operational troubleshooting. /li liAnalyze logs and identify root causes of operational issues. /li liEscalate complex incidents to senior engineering teams when required. /li liSupport daily operations and service request execution. /li liParticipate in deployment, release, and change implementation activities. /li liExecute operational procedures, runbooks, and recovery activities. /li liDocument incidents, resolutions, workarounds, and operational knowledge. /li liMaintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation. /li liIdentify recurring issues and propose service improvements. /li liContribute to root cause analysis activities. /li liDevelop and maintain basic automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks. /li liTrack assigned actions through completion and closure. /li liLead production support meetings and operational reviews. /li liSupport Flex Gateway platform setup activities. /li liParticipate in on‑call support and major incident resolution when required.



/li /ul h3Deliverables /h3 ul liIncident reports with documented resolutions and workarounds. /li liUpdated operational documentation and knowledge base content. /li liRoot cause analysis outputs and improvement recommendations. /li liAutomation scripts for operational efficiency. /li liRunbook execution and recovery procedure records. /li liAction tracking logs through completion. /li liDeployment, release, and change implementation records. /li /ul h3Required Expertise /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in bMuleSoft platform management /b (not API development). /li liExperience with bMuleSoft Omni Gateway / Flex Gateway /b. /li liTerraform expertise. /li liOpenShift expertise. /li liGitHub experience. /li liBasic AWS knowledge. /li liBasic Azure knowledge. /li liStrong understanding of Authentication Authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and OpenID. /li liITIL process knowledge. /li liArgo CI/CD experience. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liMuleSoft Flex Gateway. /li liXML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON. /li liBasic networking knowledge (Virtual IPs, Firewalls, Load Balancers). /li liCertificate lifecycle management. /li liSOAPUI and Postman. /li liServiceNow. /li liLinux. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEnglish level C1 or higher. /li liDegree in Computer Science or equivalent background. /li liExperience working with internal teams and external providers in international environments. /li liAvailability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). /li liAvailability for occasional out‑of‑hours support. /li liWillingness to travel or relocate for short periods when required. /li /ul pInterested in learning more?
